The importance of drink water and reading books.

The first two things I do when I wake up get some cold water and read for at least 15 minutes. After that I can start my day at work any errands but the first two things is drink water and ready a physical book.

The importance of water has a topic that i have invested plenty wich led to the creation AURUM case study . Investing in clean water is fundamental to a healthy prosperous body and mind for our society.

We are able to tell when you girlfriend is hungry she gets upset with you lets you know. Been thirsty is not as obvious but could similar side effects low/bad energy and mood change.

Thirst isn’t always a reliable early indicator of the body’s need for water. Many people, particularly older adults, don’t feel thirsty until they’re already dehydrated. That’s why it’s important to increase water intake during hot weather or when you’re ill.

The signs and symptoms of dehydration also may differ by age.

Infant or young child

  • Dry mouth and tongue
  • No tears when crying
  • No wet diapers for three hours
  • Sunken eyes, cheeks
  • Sunken soft spot on top of skull
  • Listlessness or irritability

  • Extreme thirst
  • Less frequent urination
  • Dark-colored urine
  • Fatigue
  • Dizziness
  • Confusion

When to see a doctor

Call your family doctor if you or a loved one:

  • Has had diarrhea for 24 hours or more
  • Is irritable or disoriented and much sleepier or less active than usual
  • Can’t keep down fluids
  • Has bloody or black stool

There are levels to the thirst or dehydration. Sometimes its obvious parched mouth being hungover from drinking alcohol is obvious feeling you are dehydrate. After running or exercising you have obvious symptoms you need water. But day to day activities it might not be as obvious that you dehydrate. That’s why I have made drink water one of my most important habits.

I’m not big reader but after I started to follow Jim Kwik , It convince me that reading is one of the best exercise for the brain. I think is a simply effective exercise to keep our brain sharp.
