I bought an office chair from Sun House Furniture Store. The representative who attend to me was friendly with high energy. He showed me two big stores in Rua Teodoro Sampaio. In the second store we found a discounted leather desk chair. I sat down, tested and it felt comfortable. The energy of the representative made me feel good about the decision and we closed the deal the same day.

I broke the armrest of the chair in less then 3 months.

I went back to the store with the receipt and the broken arm rest thinking that they were not going to be able to help. It turned out to be the opposite the administration checked the receipt and we crossed path with the owner.
